For a European maternal and infant products distributor’s procurement order of children’s educational toys, the original agreed delivery cycle was 45 days, and the client clearly requested that the products must be put on shelves before the local Christmas promotion season. We optimized the supply chain scheduling process, locked in the inventory of core raw materials in advance, and launched an expedited production line in conjunction with the factory. Meanwhile, we completed the pre-review of customs declaration documents and the reservation of logistics shipping space in advance. In the end, the actual delivery cycle of the order was shortened to 40 days, 5 days earlier than the agreed time.
