A Southeast Asian supermarket chain client was in urgent need of restocking children’s enlightenment building blocks due to a sudden inventory shortage, and required the goods to be delivered to the local warehouse within 7 days. Neither regular sea freight nor air freight solutions could meet the timeliness requirements. We quickly activated the emergency response mechanism and customized a combined solution of “cross-border land transportation + regional dedicated line delivery”. We coordinated domestic land transportation fleets to urgently transport the goods to border ports, and linked with local cooperative logistics providers to complete customs clearance and short-distance delivery, with special personnel tracking logistics nodes throughout the process. Eventually, the goods were delivered to the client’s designated warehouse on time within 5 days, resolving the client’s out-of-stock risk in a timely manner. Customized Multimodal Transport Solution, Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency for Cross-border E-commerce Clients

A North American cross-border e-commerce platform client purchased children’s outdoor toys and faced the dilemma of “slow sea freight timeliness and high air freight costs”. According to the client’s requirements for cargo weight, volume and shelf-loading timeliness, we customized a multimodal transport solution of “sea freight + overseas warehouse deconsolidation + final-mile express delivery”. The first leg adopted fast sea freight to reduce logistics costs. After the goods arrived at the overseas warehouse, we prioritized deconsolidation and sorting. Hot-selling products were directly delivered to the client’s FBA warehouse by express, while slow-moving products were temporarily stored in the overseas warehouse to reduce warehousing pressure. This solution not only reduced the overall logistics cost by 24% compared with pure air freight, but also improved the timeliness by 11.5% compared with traditional sea freight, helping the client maximize inventory turnover efficiency.

For a European maternal and infant products distributor’s procurement order of children’s educational toys, the original agreed delivery cycle was 45 days, and the client clearly requested that the products must be put on shelves before the local Christmas promotion season. We optimized the supply chain scheduling process, locked in the inventory of core raw materials in advance, and launched an expedited production line in conjunction with the factory. Meanwhile, we completed the pre-review of customs declaration documents and the reservation of logistics shipping space in advance.
